Produced using our proprietary methods of expression and purification, Larad's diagnostic antigens are specific for detecting antibodies to a number of avian diseases. They work well when used in ELISA assays and typically produce very little background.
Our system yields a highly concentrated product (up to 300ug/mL), resulting in a higher quality, less-expensive alternative to most conventionally prepared products. Stability testing has shown that our antigens remain effective even after being stored at room temperature for an extended period of time.
These attributes are ideal for individual assays or commercial ELISA kits. Larad is able to provide bulk antigen or antigen-coated ELISA plates for any project on a one-time or recurring basis at a competitive price. We also have experience in specialized antigen development for niche applications such as differentiating infected from vaccinated animals (DIVA), and can develop a customized solution on a case-by-case basis.
